MEET THE TEAM
Jonathan LinJonathan Lin is rising senior at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School, where he has regularly reached late outrounds on the national circuit. Notable achievements include reaching semi-finals at the Tim Averill Initational, double-octofinals at The Harvard Invitational, octafinals at The Columbia invitational, and octofinals at The Silver Tournament of Champions. More recently, Jonathan has also placed first seed in the 2020 Massachusetts state tournament. He is excited to work with you at NEDW!
Kamal NarraKam is a rising senior who has competed in Public Forum debate for over three years at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. He has placed highly at a variety of competitive tournaments: finaling at UPenn, quartering Yale, and winning the Massachusetts State Tournament. He has qualified to the Tournament of Champions twice thus far in his career, amassing a total of 5 gold bids. In addition to his competitive experience, Kam has worked as a coach at a variety of debate camps and is extremely excited to join the NEDW team!

Anika AkaliAnika is a rising junior at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School, where she captains her school's public forum debate team. On the national level, Anika championed the Yale Invitational and was awarded 3rd speaker at the tournament. She was also named 2nd speaker at the Tim Averill Invitational. Locally, Anika amassed multiple speaker awards and recently quarterfinaled the MA State tournament for the second year in a row. She is excited to teach at NEDW!
Miles DintznerMiles Dintzner is a rising freshman at The University of Chicago and a graduated senior from Westlake High School in Austin, Texas. Miles competes in Public Forum debate and has accumulated a total of eight career bids, and in the past has championed multiple national circuit tournaments including Churchill and the UT Longhorn Classic. In addition, Miles won TFA State, reached Octofinals of the Tournament of Champions his Junior year, and this year was the runner-up at the TOC as well as top speaker. He also served as one of the captains of the WHS Speech and Debate team.

Ben KirschBen Kirsch is a rising senior at Hackley in New York, where he serves as captain of his debate team. He has competed nationally for two years, qualifying to the Tournament of Champions his junior year and spending most of it ranked in the top 20. He has championed the Byram Hills Invitational, and reached late outrounds at tournaments such as Princeton, UPenn, and Blake, receiving a top ten speaker award four times. Outside of debate, Ben likes to play Basketball and Fortnite, and listen to music. He is excited to teach at NEDW!
